Shipping and payment
Prints up to A4 are shipped in a flat rigid envelope with a cardboard stiffener. All shipments are tracked.

Customs outside the EU
In zones 3 and 4 the parcel may be subject to customs duty and handling fees under the rules of the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are not part of the order price. Every parcel includes a customs declaration with the country of origin, the customs code and the weight.
Payment methods
You can pay by card or by bank transfer. Prices are shown in Czech koruna, euro or US dollar according to your choice in the header, and always include VAT.
