Terms of service
This text is supplied by the client per section 15.2 of the specification. The recommended approach is to obtain a template for Czech e-shops from a lawyer and have it adapted. The wording below is an outline only and is not legally binding.
1. Seller
To be supplied by the client: name, company ID, registered address, contact, trade register details.
2. Order and conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by placing an order and its confirmation by the seller. The goods are a handmade product in a limited edition.
3. Price and payment
Prices include VAT. Payment is possible by card or bank transfer. Goods are dispatched once payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Goods are dispatched within three working days of receiving payment, as a tracked shipment. Shipping is charged by zone as set out under Shipping and payment.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Goods made to the buyer's individual order are excluded from this right.
6. Complaints
Minor variations in tone and texture are a property of the handmade technique and are not a defect. Damage caused in transit is covered; report it within two days of receipt.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
