Returns and withdrawal
This text is supplied by the client per section 15.2 of the specification. The recommended approach is to obtain a template for Czech e-shops from a lawyer and have it adapted. The wording below is an outline only and is not legally binding.
Withdrawal within 14 days
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Simply send me an e-mail. Return the goods undamaged, ideally in the original packaging; the cost of return is borne by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to prints made to the buyer's individual order.
Complaints
Small differences in the shade of blue and in the drawing of the edges are a property of the handmade sun printing technique and are not a defect. Transit damage or an obvious printing fault can be claimed.
How to proceed
E-mail me your order number and a description of the problem, with a photograph in case of damage. I will reply within two working days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
